I believe in intentions.  Creating an intention and posting it where you see it every day, coupled with actually making the effort to read it and feel it is one sure way to invite magic into your daily life. 
Monday was the day of the solar eclipse, and desiring to use the eclipse energy for positivity in my life, I chose to post three new intentions on my bathroom mirror. 
These are the intentions I posted:
1. Every day I joyfully receive delightful and unexpected gifts.
2. Everything is happening FOR me, to empower my intentions.
3. I AM empowered to CREATE all of my desires.

After posting these intentions I went  for a meditation walk on Siesta Key Beach (a wonderful experience that I highly recommend!) After meditation I swam in the water, and upon returning to my clothing on the beach I found a starfish on top of my shirt. I asked the people sitting next to it if they had put it there. One lady answered "No, a bird dropped that there!"  What a delightful and unexpected gift!

That was three days ago.  Today I woke up with a nasty headache.  I felt as if I was swimming through water when I reluctantly pulled myself out of bed.  I could feel the ocean calling me and I knew that a beach walk would be the best medicine for me. I canceled the rest of my morning plans and headed to Siesta Key. 

About 10 minutes into my 90 minute meditation I saw someone pointing toward the water.  I turned my head 90 degrees to see two dolphins swimming near me, closer to the shore than I had ever seen one swim before.  One was adult sized and the other was very small, likely a mother and baby.  I love the sight of dolphins, and I had the instinct to jump in the water and swim with them right there, but I hesitated, wanting to continue my meditation and also a little intimidated to be so close to them.  I continued on, and the dolphins continued as well, as if they were swimming right beside me.  Each time I turned my head they would be there by my side, never ahead of me and never behind me, but continuing by my side.  I tuned in to them and felt the connection that they have to the water and the earth, as well as the stars and the cosmic energy.  I felt more and more solid and grounded in my body.  My headache was now gone and I was feeling more and more alive.  I looked out again and saw them still beside me but even closer to shore.  That was it, I threw off my hat and headphones and swam out into the water.  I felt them there, sharing the water and their uplifting energy.  I did not see them again.  It was perfect that way.  I received a healing from them.  I trusted them and I knew they were a gift to me today.  I silently but enthusiastically sent waves of gratitude during the rest of my meditation walk.  I felt the energy of the Universe receiving my gratitude and sending me the same energy back.  On my way back I had two different people at different locations appear in my path, catch my eye and flash me a huge smile.  

Delightful and unexpected gifts have been showering on me since I posted my intentions three days ago.  I am realizing that everything in my world is happening FOR me, to empower my intentions.  Every day it becomes more and more evident that I am empowered to create all of my desires...even the really BIG ones!

I've been planning to start a Light blog for some time now.  Today being 8/8, the Lion's Gate Portal, struck me as the perfect time to begin.  I plan to share stories from my light experiencers, my personal revelations, and some of the automatic writing that I do during light sessions.
I am often asked what it is like to be a light ambassador, spending sometimes up to 9 hours in a day giving light sessions.  My answer is that I love this work.  I love being the catalyst for transformation.  I get to assist people in upgrading their lives, their frequency, their intentions, and I get to be a sort of spirit guide in the flesh.  This work allows me to help people reach through the veil between seen and unseen, to bridge the portal between 3D and the higher dimensions, and to help pull an esoteric experience into this oftentimes overly mundane world. I am grateful for this work.  I am also grateful for my training in meditation, which has made it easy for me to sit and hold space for my clients for hours on end.
